INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE: We here at The Vapes are aware of our legal obligation to ensure that all customers buying from us are over 18 years of age. We are responsible retailers and on receipt of a customers first order we will use the service offered by  1Account to verify your age.

These checks are necessary and are completed after your order has been placed. There will be a pop-up window, at the point of order confirmation. The pop up window will have clear instructions to complete the verification. Should we be unable to verify your age, regrettably we can not send your items until you have verified  your age with 1Account.

Due to legislation requiring additional levels of protection to prevent selling to minors. The Vapes will accept no responsibility if there ate any delays due the verification process . More information is available on our Age Verification page.

* Delivery options: DPD Local or Royal Mail Special Delivery, for guaranteed next day (subject to successful age verification), if placed before order cut-offs listed below:

To qualify for: FREE UK shipping on orders over £20.

  • Same day dispatch if placed before:
    4:30pm weekdays
    11:30am Saturday for Royal Mail options
    2:00pm Saturday for DPD Local
    2:00pm Sunday for DPD Local only
  • Orders placed after 11:30am Saturday with a Royal Mail option selected will leave us Monday (excluding bank holidays).
  • For a Sunday delivery, order before 2:00pm Saturday and choose DPD Local.

Please note:

All our orders are sent in discreet plain packaging.

Those orders placed after 4:30pm weekdays and after 2:00pm at weekends (11:30am for Saturday Royal Mail shipping options), will be processed the next day (excluding Bank Holidays). We are unable to ship Royal Mail options on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We request that orders for delivery on a Sunday must be placed by 2:00pm on Saturday, requesting DPD Local as the delivery method.

Orders to Northern Ireland, parts of the Scottish Highlands and most Channel Islands will be sent by Royal Mail.

On occasion, it may be necessary for us to upgrade orders to the DPD Local service. We will inform you of any change to delivery method within your order fulfilled notification email.

When you order from us, there is a notes option which allows you to inform us of anything specific details in relayed to your order. Notes regarding delivery requests cannot be relayed and so they cannot be actioned by the delivery drivers.

If your order has not reached you within the specified time frame for your chosen delivery method, then please contact us within 10 days of the date we dispatched your order. We can then investigate the location of your order with the relevant handler. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries reported to us after 10 working days.

If there are any discrepancy or issues regarding your delivery, please contact us immediately, as we wish to solve any issues in a swift and timely manner.

International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping.
