I need to return a product, what do I do?
How can I return my purchases?
We have a general returns policy that lasts 30 days. This is fantastic if you ate suffering from buyer's remorse.
In order to be eligible for a return, the item you purchased must be unused and be returned in the same condition as you received it in.
Any hardware purchased must be returned to us in the original packaging. All packaging including the outer sleeve due to some products having their serial number on the outside. Regrettably, we are unable to accept any hardware without the entire packaging. It is not necessary to return any free gifts or samples you may have received with your original order.
To request a return, please email us. In your email please include: the original order number and the reasons you are requesting the return of the specific items from the order.
Once we have received your email and if we can accept the return. We will provide further details and instructions on how the items can be sent back to us.
If your reasons meets the criteria for returns. We request that all effort is taken to ensure the items are packed well, to prevent any damage during transit. We don't expect bubbles wrap but old newspaper is an excellent packaging material.
Unfortunately, there are some products we are unable to accept returned on the basis of hygiene. These products include:
- Opened e-liquids
- Tanks / Atomisers / Pods which have been filled with liquid, used or removed from their sealed packaging.
- Vape Kits which have been filled with liquid or used
- Drip tips (mouthpieces)
- Opened coils or pods.
If you wish to exchange any items, the most efficient and convenient way is to re-order the items you want. Then send us a quick email, so we can send you instructions on how to return unused items for a refund. This means you will not only receive your desired items quickly, but your refund can be processed quickly when the items are received by us.
Received returns, will be inspected to check that they are in the correct condition. Once, everything is in order, the product value (excluding any postage charges originally paid), will be paid back on to the original method of payment. We kindly request that you allow a few days to allow the funds to be received into your account.
Refunds (Late or missing)
If after seven working days of returning your item, you have not received your refund, please contact us so we can assess our records to ensure the returned items have been received. If our records, indicate that the products have been received and we have processed the refund. We will instruct you to please contact your card issuing bank or company. However, please remember that some companies take longer to officially acknowledge a refund.

Clearance and/or Sale items
Unfortunately we can only offer refunds on full priced items. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned for a refund.
